Featured project: Eau Claire Drive

This full interior refresh included updates to the kitchen, den, and guest bath, with every detail chosen to better reflect the homeowners’ style and the way they live.

The result: A warm, welcoming space with timeless finishes, thoughtful storage, and a natural flow from room to room — proof that good design should feel as easy as it looks.

In the kitchenwe installed iron ore cabinetry with warm brass hardware for a modern yet classic palette. The quartz backsplash and countertops give it an effortless, polished feel. Open walnut shelving adds contrast and everyday practicality, while updated pendant lighting brings a sculptural touch.

For the guest bathroom, a custom, vintage vanity in rich walnut anchors the space, topped with a quartz counter and soft gold plumbing fixtures. We incorporated the homeowners heirloom geometric mirror, new globe sconces, zellige tile backsplash with a brass cap, and terrazzo floor to add just the right touch of personality.

Their den has become the most versatile room, serving as a gathering space for visiting family and friends as well as nights in. The custom built-ins with reeded glass front and cross-style wine storage create a striking focal point. A crisp white-painted brick fireplace with a warm walnut wood mantel adds balance and warmth. The coffered ceiling and recessed lighting give the room height, brightness, and architectural interest.
