This full interior refresh included updates to the kitchen, den, and guest bath, with every detail chosen to better reflect the homeowners’ style and the way they live.
The result: A warm, welcoming space with timeless finishes, thoughtful storage, and a natural flow from room to room — proof that good design should feel as easy as it looks.
In the kitchen, we installed iron ore cabinetry with warm brass hardware for a modern yet classic palette. The quartz backsplash and countertops give it an effortless, polished feel. Open walnut shelving adds contrast and everyday practicality, while updated pendant lighting brings a sculptural touch.
For the guest bathroom, a custom, vintage vanity in rich walnut anchors the space, topped with a quartz counter and soft gold plumbing fixtures. We incorporated the homeowners heirloom geometric mirror, new globe sconces, zellige tile backsplash with a brass cap, and terrazzo floor to add just the right touch of personality.
Their den has become the most versatile room, serving as a gathering space for visiting family and friends as well as nights in. The custom built-ins with reeded glass front and cross-style wine storage create a striking focal point. A crisp white-painted brick fireplace with a warm walnut wood mantel adds balance and warmth. The coffered ceiling and recessed lighting give the room height, brightness, and architectural interest.
