Featured project: GreenLeaf Drive Primary Bathroom

Built in 1950, this home carried all the charm of its era — but the new owners were ready to make the space truly their own. After living in the house for about a year and a half, they envisioned transforming their oversized primary bedroom into something more functional, more personal, and undeniably more luxurious. The result is a fresh take on a modern primary suite that still honors the home’s character.

The new space blends today’s comforts with the home’s original charm. A Calacatta Vecchia ceramic penny mosaic sets the tone on the shower floor, paired with 12×24 Alto Bianco porcelain tile throughout the bath. Warm white zellige tile anchors the shower walls and ceiling in a classic brick pattern. Built with future upgrades in mind, the shower is prepped for a steam system with a tiled ceiling and transom door.

Kohler fixtures in Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass elevate the experience, including a rain head and multifunction hand shower. Heated floors and a heated bench add another layer of comfort.

A custom white oak vanity, complete with dual undermount sinks, reeded-glass tower cabinets, and ample storage, anchors the room. Brass and milk-glass pendants, recessed lighting, brushed-brass hardware, and an oversized counter-to-ceiling mirror round out the design. Walls are finished in Sherwin-Williams Alabaster for a soft, timeless backdrop.
